He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alexander and Anne Regina Doucette (Melanson); and his siblings, Leonard, Louise, Helen, Benjamin, Bernie and Remie.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Brian (Lisa); his grandchildren, Alex and Julia; and his sister Cora (Joe).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Home (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Anne's Catholic Church (7309 Lighthouse Rte, Ste. Anne du Ruisseau, NS B0W2X0).
