He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horne and Willena Horne (Nichols); his wife Kaye Horne (West); and his siblings, Jean Ramstrom, Thelma Ross, Cliffelene Young and Victor.
He is survived by: his nephew Wayne Ross; and his sisters, Ramona Downe and Judy Waller.
