It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Murray Brackett of Herring Cove, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 7, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Murray Brackett to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Gorman; his wife Eileen; his granddaughter Darah; his children, Ann and Perry; and his siblings, Marie, Helen, Bill, Frank, Pat, Johnny and Carl.

He is survived by: his father John Brackett; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Sage; his grandchildren, Francey (Mahlon), Maris (Andrew), Danielle (Dennis), Josh (Nicki) and Amy; his children, Carolyn, Seana (Chris), Nancy (Stevie) and Danny (Kim); his sister Gwen Houlihan; and his son-in-law Doug Mallory.

A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (6903 Mumford Rd, Halifax, NS B3L0A4).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimers Society of Nova Scotia.
