He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neatt and Josephine Neatt; and his siblings, David and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Levy); his son Steven of Quebec City, QC; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Neatt of Halifax, NS and Ken Spears of Halifax, NS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
