The passing of Dolores Ann Fry of Hebron, Nova Scotia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 91. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Strickland and Hazel Strickland (Raynes); her husband George "Buzz" Fry; her son Christopher Fry; her stepson George (Gail Fry); her great grandchild Daniel Fitzgerald; and her siblings, Richard, Margaret Strickland and Carolyn "Kit" Strickland.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Riordon (late Captain J. Terry), Joy Buchanan (Larry) and Mark Fry; her stepson Richard Fry; her brother Wallace Strickland (late Pearl); her grandchildren, Tracy, Liam, Jessica, George, Ray, Michael, Lonnie and Karen; her daughter Doris Cumby; her friend Jane Pierce; and her in-laws, Clifford, Grace Fry, Edith, Harold Hatfield, Dorothy "Tiny", David Raynard, Myrtle "Tib" and Thomas Raynard. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Ritchie Chapel in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery (110 Parade St, Yarmouth, NS B5A2M5).
