He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Bennett and Beatrice Bennett (Boucher); his sister Heather Broussard; and his brother-in-law Ulrich. He is survived by: his wife Rose (Pelrine); his children, Jennifer of Havre Boucher, Curtis (Catherine) of Havre Boucher, Nicholas (Beth) of Havre Boucher and Jamie of Havre Boucher; his grandchildren, Ella, Bhreagh, Nate, Beau, Aria, Myles and Layla; and his siblings, Lloyd (Mary) of Powell River, BC, Wayne (Theresa) of Powell River, BC, Gerald (Nancy) of Powell River, BC, Sharon Pinkohs, Lanark, Joan Bayne (Ron), Emerson (Anita), Tony (Kelly) and Craig (Cindy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Paul's Centre, Havre Boucher (12401 NS-4, Havre Boucher, NS B0H1P0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (12401 NS-4, Havre Boucher, NS B0H1P0).
Donations in memory of Charlie may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, St. Paul's Luncheon Fund or St. Paul's Cemetery.
