She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Warren and Miriam Warren; her husband Malcolm Smith; her siblings, Noah, Roy, Sam, Charles, Willis Warren and Dulcy (Case); her daughters, Christine Mills, Marie Webb and Anne Thorne; and her great grandchild Akeem Warren.

She is survived by: her children, Melva Austin, Marian Greenough, Carrie Menmuir, Gloria Glaeser (James) and Charles (Shelby); and her sisters, Pearl Warren and Rose Fogerty. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 12 great, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
