It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gertrude Diane Redden of Hatchet Lake, Nova Scotia, born in Kentville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandrew "Sandy" and Gertrude Dolena "Dolly" Hiltz (Williams); and her brothers, Doug, Ernest and Garnet.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gillis (Sean) and Scott Redden (Karlie); her granddaughter Haleigh Gillis; and her siblings, Doris Schofield (Bob Baker), Rebecca Larlee, Rose Rousseau (Ray), Sherwin (Betty), David (Marilyn) and Danny. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, services will be held at a later date.
