Ronald Maxwell Richard Acker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Maxwell Richard Acker of Harrietsfield, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 30, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne and MacBain; his wife Donna; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his close friend Joan Hogan; his children, Susan, Paul (Colleen) and Gary (Kathy); his siblings, Betty Corcoran (Angus), Jackie Yorke (Caroll) and David (Jen); his grandchildren, Steven, Xan and Jenna; and his family, Michael (Debra), Evan, Lauren and Brendan. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to K9 Partners Assistance Dogs Training Society, as Ron had a fond love for all of the dogs in his life.
