She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jodrey and Hilda Higgin (Millett); her daughter Renda VanderToorn; and her siblings, Gerald, Dale Jodrey and Dawn Croft.
She is survived by: her husband Merle; her children, Randy (Cathy) and Paula Newcombe (Tony); her son-in-law Casey VanderToorn; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Christian, Jacob, Kelsey and Ashley.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service (419 Albert St, Windsor, NS B0N2T0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the DeMont Family Funeral Home Chapel (419 Albert St, Windsor, NS B0N2T0).
