He is survived by: his children, David Jr., William and Alleeta; his grandchildren, Devlin, Zachary, Katelyn and Brooklyn; his siblings, Allettia, Violet Strickland Burgeo, Mary Dominey Burgeo (Stan) and Ward Strickland Burgeo (Brenda); his sister-in-law Gladys Simms Hermitage; his pets, Dina and Finnegan; and also Hailey.
