He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Dean and Mary Dean. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Patrick and Jocelyn Butler (Robert); his grandchildren, Lily, Toby and Ruby; his brother Roy Dean (Susan); and his daughter Ringette. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
