It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loran Crowell of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Crowell and Zella Crowell; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Edward, Bobby and Anna Mae.

He is survived by: his sisters, Mary, Betty and Patsy; and his wife Gloria (Smith).
