It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Leone Robar of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carver and Ruth Carver (Joudrey); her former husband Bernie Schnare; her daughter Janie Schnare; and her stepson Bob Robar.

She is survived by: her husband Charles; her daughters, Connie (Wayne) and Kathy; her stepson Bill (Glenda); her grandchildren, Janet, Julie, Michael, Steven, Scott, Gary and Ruth; and her sister Betty Young (Arthur). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen made to the Alzheimer's Society of NS would be greatly appreciated.
