He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Crouse and Joan Crouse (Levy); and his mother-in-law Gloria DeMone. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his son Nathan; his brother Alan (Barbara); his stepmother Sue Crouse; his father-in-law Ivan DeMone; his sister-in-law Patricia (Michael Falt); and his nephews, Nicholas and Matthew Falt.
