Glendon Harvey Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2025, at the age of 82, Glendon Harvey Smith of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glendon Harvey Smith to pay them a last tribute.

As Glendon departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Glendon. Though Glendon may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Smith and Violet Smith (Snair); and his wife Karen Smith (Bezanson). He is survived by: his children, Susan Smith (Stephen) of Ottawa, Shawn Smith (Lisa) of Middle Stewiacke and Chad Smith (Shauna) of Lower Sackville; and his brothers, Eldon and Robert Smith.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Homes, Oakridge Chapel (1110 Old Sackville Rd, Middle Sackville, NS B4E3A6).
