He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas West and Vera Pearl Baker (Kelestine); and his siblings, Joyce Spaetzel, Rhea Walker and William Ross Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Hubley); and his children, Louise (Laurent Le Pierrès), Thomas Gordon and Judith (Fred James). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
