It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Theresa LeClerc (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 86, on September 28, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestine Smith and Annie Smith (Denny); her husband Leo; and her siblings, Earl, Cecil and Patricia.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary, Ann (Wally), Helen (Derrick), Laura (Bill), Patsy (Paul) and Dianna (Rhonda); her stepson Leo Jr.; her grandchildren, Michelle, Natasha, Heath, Michael, Denis, Angela, Jason and Carter; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Ryan, Hannah, Hunter, Evan, Damarius and Piper; and her sister Mildred Jarvis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of NS or Covenant House Toronto, which serves youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk. Theresa donated for decades to this nonprofit.
