He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spurgeon Roscoe and Cora Adelaide Roscoe (West) of Sheffield Mills; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Roscoe (Donna) and Linda Hardy (Graham). He is survived by: his sons, Mitchell (Natasha) of Sambro and Jeffrey (Jodi) of Sambro; his grandchildren, Josie and Benjamin; and his siblings, Kenneth (Elaine) and Nancy Huntley (Oscar) of Scott's Bay.
