He was predeceased by: his grandfather Edward MacKay. He is survived by: his parents, Rebecca MacKay and Jeff Orr; his brothers, Jonathon (Steff) and Graham Orr (Morgan); his half-sister Angela Flesch (Dan); his grandmother Carol MacKay; his aunts, Michelle (Mark) and Shawna (Rodger); his great-uncle Terry (Barb); his cousins, Matthew, Zachary and Caleb; and his caregiver Pati Elford.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for the IWK Foundation on Spencer's behalf, or another charity of your choice.
