She was predeceased by: her husband David Lively (Sam); and her brothers, Wilfred, John (Jack) and Paul Logan. She is survived by: her children, David, Brenda Stevens (Jim), Lorraine and Faye Lively; her grandchildren, Davina, John David Lively and Jameson Stevens; and her great grandchild Julianna Brielle Lively. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
