He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ruth (Briscoe) and Osborne Mackenzie Fraser; and his sister Ruth Rose. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Morrison (Kennedy), Cathy, Bonnie, Brian (Florence), Phillip and Chris (Jeannie); his son Todd Fraser; and his close friends, Brian, Walter, Rod and Mark.
