With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Joseph Fitzgerald of Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2024. In the vast expanse of eternity, Ronald Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ambrose Peter Fitzgerald and Mary Loretta Fitzgerald (McLeod); his partner Terry; his sons, Joe and Matt (Shalini); his granddaughter Dhara; and his siblings, Jim (Lucille), Peter (Marlene), Cath, Jane (Nelson) and Anne Marie.
