It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Archibald Kontuk formerly of Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kontuk and Caroline Leslie (White); and his brother Freddie Kontuk. He is survived by: his siblings, Fraser (Lydia), Cheryl (Kenny), Scott, Michelle (Johnny), Michael, Angela (Gord) and Debbie (Jason); his wife Sharron; his children, Dawn, Evan (Meagan) and Melissa (Mandy); his grandchildren, Brook-Lynn, Madison, Cayden, Macoy and Violet; and his great grandchildren, Nova and Lincoln. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews along with his extended family and close friends.
