With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rn Mba Florence Ann Tarrant of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tarrant and Dora Tarrant. She is survived by: her cousin Florence Tarrant of Halifax, NS; her sisters, Marie Tarrant (Harling Park) and Donna Tarrant; her nephews, Cole and Hugh Park; her cousins, Elizabeth Ford (Albert), Stephanie Hughes (Walter) and Sean Ford; and her friend Myra (Dick). She is also survived by relatives, close friends.

The family plans to establish a scholarship program in Florence's memory (details to follow) and asks that donations to be made to this fund instead of flowers or other gifts.
