Richard Robertson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Robertson of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Robertson and Ellen Robertson (Bartlett); his wife Clora Mary "Wee Wee" Robertson; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Robertson (Barb Robertson) and John "Johnny" Robertson (Shirley Robertson); and his siblings-in-law, Catherine "Kay" Bianchi (late George Bianchi) and Francis "Frank" Skidd (Dana Skidd).

He is survived by: his children, Karen Hanna (Paul Hanna), Gary Robertson (Nancy Robertson) and Stephen Robertson (late Linda Robertson); his grandchildren, Sarah Robertson, Jenna Robertson, Claire Robertson, Rachel Hanna and Luke Hanna; his siblings, Carolyn Folker (Wayne Folker), Joan Fredericks (late Norm Fredericks) and Joseph "Joe" Robertson (Joan Robertson); and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Doucette (late Fred Doucette), Raymond "Bim" Skidd (late Louella Skidd) and David Skidd (Gena Skidd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
