He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice McIvor and Justin McIvor; and his brother Elmer. He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his children, Jason McIvor (Kellie) and Chara Mural (Steve); his grandchildren, Annie and Peter; and his brother Kevin McIvor.

A celebration of Paul's life will be held at J.A. Snow's Funeral Home on Thursday, May 9th from 2:00 – 4:00 pm., and donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers in his honour.
