With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Kelly (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry and Anita J. "Molly" Kelly; and his siblings, Frances and David. He is survived by: his girlfriend Elizabeth DeWolfe; his stepchildren, George Forbes and Melissa Forbes; and his grandsons, Shawn Boyce and Jesse Findlay Forbes. He is also survived by many sisters, a bother, and many nieces and nephews.
