He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Beattie and Myrna Beattie (Ballard); and his siblings, Raymond, Marguerite, Hadie, Mona, Elva, Doris and Greta.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Lori; his grandchild Raeann; his daughter Jami (Neal); his grandson Justin; his son Shawn (Jill); his grandchild Shawn William; and his sisters, Dorothy, Ruth, Sandra and Alberta.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (149 Herring Cove Rd, Halifax, NS B3P1K6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
