(Clyde Crews) and Trevor (Michelle); his siblings, Bonnie d'Entremont (Vincent), Jeannette Miller, Roy Sawler (Darlene), Karen Sawler and Betty Lou MacFadden (Bill); and his friend Ken Bennett.
