It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean O'Hara of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Arthur and Bridget Arthur; her husband John O'Hara; her son Stephen Smith; and her siblings, Lawrence, Frank (Shirley), Bill (Nina), Majorie, Wiggy (John), Dot, Clary, Evie, Carl and Hazel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Merrick (Paul) and Edie Burke (Steve); and her daughter-in-law Margaret Smith.
