She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Hartlen (Slaunwhite) and Foster Hartlen; her son Stephen; her siblings, Winnie, Mayme, Cecil and Charlie; her close friends, Gordon, Stewart and Mary Helen; and her niece Margaret.

She is survived by: her spouse Aubrey Murray; and her sons, Wayne (Linda) of Hammonds Plains and Gary of Fall River.
