He was predeceased by: his parents, Phonsina Brake and Cyril Brake; and his wife Claudia Dorothy White. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise, Eileen, Delores, Theresa and Jerry; and his grandchildren, Carolyn LeBlanc, Cheryl Black (David), Kenneth White (Kisten), Kimberley McVarnock (Ken MacPherson), Alicia McVarnock, Taylor MacPherson, Nicholas, Andrew Black, Zachary and Hilary White. He is also survived by his 4 children, their spouses.
