With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Joseph MacDonald in Halifax, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranald Alexander MacDonald and Mary-Ellen MacDonald (White); and his sister Jean Marie. He is survived by: his wife Camilla Farrell; his children, Adam (Leanne Rolston), Gavin-Douglas (Christine Pelley) and Mairi-Lindsay; his siblings, Judy, Paula, Fred (Kathy) and Ronald (Mary-Paula); and his grandsons, Calum Iain, Hugh Michael, Niall Alexander, Ian James and Zamar Alexander. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
