He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Cyril Rafters. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Rafters); his mother-in-law Shirley Rafters; and his brother-in-law Philip Rafters (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (6552 Bayers Rd, Halifax, NS B3L2B3). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
