With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Medley William Whyte in Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Joggins, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whyte (Bill) and Audrey Whyte. He is survived by: his wife Diane Fraser of River John; his children, Paul Whyte and Shauna Franklin (Steven Franklin); his grandchildren, Sophia, Mark, Theresa, Jonathan and Sam; and his brother Robert (Dawn). He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
