He is survived by: his wife Nichole (Smith); his sisters, Lynn Bartlett (Terry) and Barbara-Ann Wilson; his sister-in-law Laurie Dillman (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Madison, Cayden, Amber and Jade; and his great-nephews, Riley and Dallas.
