He was predeceased by: his father Frank; and his sister Paula (Frank Likely). He is survived by: his wife Dr. Joanne MacDonald; his daughters, Dara (Noe Arias Baltazar) and Charlotte (Patrick Duff); his mother Phyllis; his siblings, Austin (Kathleen), Leah (Gary Kilbride) and Lorena (late Rick Howard); his friend Chris MacDougall; and his caregiver Edgar. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
