She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Slaunwhite and Irene Slaunwhite (Beck); her husband Reid Edgar Sr.; her daughter Norine Edgar; and her siblings, Elsie Goodhew, Frank, Carl, Kenny, Edward and Vernon.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Edgar, Corinna Edgar, Trudy Richardson and Reid Edgar Jr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
