It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Jean Stevens of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Marilyn Jean's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Marilyn Jean has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Greta Zillah (Davison) and Arthur John Moore; her husband Laurie Burnett Stevens; her brother John David Moore; and her children, Wendy (Tom), Thane (Allyson), Janette (Melvin), Scott (Diane) and Tracey (Andrew).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen Moore.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1).
