She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene (Gene); her son Allen; and her mother Florence Lyons. She is survived by: her children, Ernestine, Stephen (Nancy), Phillip (Noel), Karen, Paul (Joan) and Jim (Heather); her grandchildren, Amy (Grant), Cindy, Terrell, Patricia (Murray) and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Chantel, Alissa, Miley, Brooke, Terrell Jr., Lucy, Talia, Xavier and Annamel.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cruikshank's Halifax Funeral Home (2666 Windsor St, Halifax, NS B3K5C9).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation, of Nova Scotia.
