She was predeceased by: her husband George Botta; her parents, Bernard Salemi and Rena Salemi; and her sister Carol Blotto. She is survived by: her brother Vincent Salemi (Judy); her siblings-in-law, Joe Blotto and Joanne Bartoli; her grandchildren, Dana Wade (Alan), Carla Kirkpatrick (Eric), Monica Cortes, Rena Hill (Garrett), Erika Rochelle (Jason) and Aaron Gonzalez; her great grandchildren, Brennan Bailey (Lauren), Kensley Burroughs, Jackson Kirkpatrick, Jeremiah Wade, Mason Cortes, Hudson Cortes, Hadley Hill and Cooper Hill; her great great grandchild Gunner Bailey; her nieces and nephews, Susan Tack Teresa Cavallo (Don), Judy Olivia (Michael), Marianne Salemi (Tom), Margaret Salemi, Andrea Barnacz (Steve), Denise Jachelski (Larry), Chris Blotto (Kirsten), Bill Rocca (Claire) and Chris Rocca (Pat); and her cousins, Richard Romani, JoEllen Joseph (Rich), Lucille Mendola and Benny Salemi (Louise).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bags of Hope, Lucille's granddaughter, Elizabeth Baldo-Downs' nonprofit organization, which supports women undergoing treatment for breast cancer as her own mother, aunt, sister and granddaughter fought.
