It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Pruitt Sands in Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Daytona Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Pruitt and Imogene Pruitt; her daughter Alinda Luann Sands; her sister Mary; her brother-in-law Dick Klem; and her brother Robert Pruitt.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Sands; her children, Suzann (Todd Marlow) and Larry Sands (Tonya); her grandchildren, Danielle (Phil Stoffel), Lauren (Kenny Avant) and Luke Kadel (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Emmi, Reuel, Pierce and Boone; and her siblings, Tim, Chuck, Randy and Betty. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
