She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Simms and Mildred Simms of Digby; and her sister Hilda Robart. She is survived by: her children, Melissa (Courtney), Randy, Wesley (Sanila) and Ranosker Beals; her siblings, Leland, Todd, Ward (Donna), Guy, Bonita (Mike) and Tammy (Kevin); her goddaughter Kolbie Beals (Koko); her daughters, Dorriean, Fatuma, Lynn and Jennifer; her sisters, Joy Amirault and Arthurine Smardon; her daughter Melinda Lee Francis; her siblings, Tracey Robart, April Robart, Charlene McNeil, Janice Beals, Judy Smith, Sandra Francis Hargrove, Pearline Willis, Cheryl Francis, Rocky Francis and Louie Francis; and her close friends, Alyson, Sheila, Nancy and Theresa.
