He was predeceased by: his wife Sudarshan Khanna. He is survived by: his sons, Arun (Purnima) and Ajay (Monica); his grandchildren, Sonya (Steve), Sahil (Emily), Meara, Neha (Elias), Ishani, Neil and Salena; and his great grandchildren, Naomi and Kai. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hindu Temple that Mr. Krishan Lal Khanna deeply supported.
