He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Carter and Helen (Darrach) of Alzheimer's Disease; his wife Gerry; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen (Michael Nichols), Dawn (Bob Simlett) and Cathy (Phil Chiasson); and his grandsons, William and Ben Chiasson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1).
