It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Anne McKay of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, may Judith Anne find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Johnston and Madge Johnston (Dunbar); her brother David; and her aunt Mildred. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Lana) and Mark (Heidi); and her siblings, Ginny Terfry (Wayne), Cindy Taylor (Russell) and Darrell Johnston (Nancy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cruikshank's Halifax Funeral Home (2666 Windsor St, Halifax, NS B3K5C9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
