He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Power and Madeline Power (Wilson); his wife Florence (d'Entremont); his daughter Linda; his siblings, Ronnie, Alma and Patricia; and his son-in-law Harold.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marlene Hasler (Dan) and Susan Corbett; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Brian and Laura; his son-in-law Barry; and his close friend Maurice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (6476 Bayers Rd, Halifax, NS B3L2B1). A reception will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe may be made to a charity of your choice.
