He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy C. Sullivan (Alcock) and Charles Francis Sullivan; his great-aunt Martha; and his uncle Albert Cormack. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Slaunwhite); his children, Glenn (Sue), Debbie (Alyre) and Karen; his grandchildren, Matthew, Laura (Chad), Meghan, Ryan, Rachel and Noah; and his great grandchild Henry. He is also survived by his son, brother-in-law, and friends.
