He is survived by: his children, Tim Ragsdale of Columbia, SC, Vickie Anne Ragsdale of Dayton Beach, FL, William Ragsdale of Bradenton, FL and Daryl Ragsdale of Chapin, SC; and his sister Karen Way of Wake Forest, NC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
